Abbie Cornish is an Australian actor. She was born on 7 August 1982. Cornish has appeared in a variety of films, including Heidi In Somersault (2002) and Fanny Brawne's Bright Star (2009) Sweetpea in Suckerpunch (2011) Lindy In Limitless (2011) Clara Murphy RoboCop 2014. Sarah in Geostorm 2017 and Seven Psychopaths (2012). In the latter film, Cornish won the first Screen Actors Guild Award as one of the actors. Betty Gilpin.........................American actress Betty Gilpin was fortunate to have both of her parents be professional actors. Jack Gilpin, who starred in Adventureland and The Mothman Prophecies among other films, was her dad. Ann McDonough played the mother. Betty Gilpin made a decision to go into acting because she received the encouragement and affection from her parents. Fordham College became her choice for her college as it gave her the opportunity to learn and improve the skills needed to become a professional actor. Gilpin began to act as a part of Off Broadway productions shortly after graduating and was also seeking roles on the screen and on television. The actress was invited to guest star in NBC's Law & Order: Criminal Intent (2001-2011) as well as following by small parts on Ghost Town (2008) and The Northern Kingdom (2009). Gilpin kept securing TV guest appearances in the years following until she got her first break in 2013 with a recurring role in Nurse Jackie. In the role of the character Dr. Carrie Roman Gilpin appeared in 34 episodes in the show before Nurse Jackie was cancelled in June 2015. That identical year Gilpin made an appearance in the thriller-mystery True Story (2015).
